As for the shipping methods, we usually delivery your order by EMS or DHL/TNT to almost major destinations in the world. But
some area like South Africa or Netherlands can't be reached by EMS, so we may change it into Hongkong Air Mail. Please refer
to the following shipping time of shipping methods.
Total Delivery Time
Processing Time (within five working days)
= From the time we received your order to the time we start to package your order. Five working days (except two weekend
holidays) to get your order, your payment confirmed, to make sure the shipping address is correct and to collect the items
Packaging Time (one or two working days)
= Your order will be sent to the shipping company on the day of packing or no later than the next day.
= The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your package to you.
DHL/TNT: 3 to 5 shipping days. (DHL/TNT will not deliver to Post Office Box Address.)

Hongkong Air Mail: 7 to 15 shipping days. (Tracking website: http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp)
As your order is dispatched, we will offer you EMS, DHL/TNT or Hongkong Air Mail tracking number & website

2. Check your e-mail. We will send update status to your e-mail address.

For those customers who do not receive your parcel within the above total delivery time, please check with the local post
office directly with your ID card or other valid certificate and the order information copy that you can print out when login

Please name your title with your "Order No." so as we can give you a quick response, thanks for your understanding.
You’d better inspect the parcel carefully to make sure it is unbroken when receiving and signing for the product. You can
send us e-mail if it has any breakage. We will help you to process. But if you have received and signed for the products,
then after few days to say it has some problems, we are generally irresponsible.
1. If you find the parcel broken, please open the parcel to check whether items are unbroken. You can refuse to sign under
this condition. When the parcel is returned to us automatically, we will confirm if the damage is made during transportation.
Then we will send you a new one of same model for exchange or fully refund your money according to your request.
2. If you want to return the parcel already signed by you, please email us to get the shipping address where your parcel
can be returned to. We would have no responsibility for any missing parcel caused by returning to wrong shipping address
without asking for our customer support's advice.
